Weekly Update for 12_18_15

Mead Middle School Weekly Update:

Have a wonderful Holiday Season, enjoy your time with family and friends!  We will see you again on January 4.

There is NO late start in January.

iPad Care Over Break

2nd Quarter Grades:

Final 2nd Quarter Grades will be available on Infinite Campus by 3pm on January 6th.

Construction on Welker:

The Town of Mead and Little Thompson Water District are collaborating on the installation of a new water main along Welker Avenue between 3rd St and I-25. This water main will improve flow for residents of the Town, but more importantly, it will mean improved fire protection.

Construction will begin January 4th and continue through April 1st.

Construction will take place on the side of Welker Avenue between 3rd St. and I-25, so we anticipate little traffic disruption. There will be a single day that Welker Avenue will be closed between 3rd St. and I-25, but it will happen on a Saturday and the schools will receive at least one week’s notice. It should not affect school operations at all.

Further updates will be shared with the school and posted on the Town website (http://townofmead.org/2201/Construction-Updates) as they become available. Parents can also call Town Hall with questions at 970-535-4477.

We provide snacks, homework time, activities, games, free-time, and friendships. Bulldogs Den provides a safe place for them to grow and enjoy networking with other students.

There is no late start in January.  February late start is February 3.  Our Community School program will be offering a late start movie that morning.  Please see the FLYER for more details to sign your child up.
