iPad Distribution

Mead Parents and Students,

iPad distribution for 6th grade students  and new students to Mead Middle School will take place by appointment ONLY on Friday, 8/14, Monday, 8/17 and Tuesday 8/18.  Parents will need to schedule a time via our Online Scheduler (password mead) to pick up their iPad.  Parents are required to come with students to pick up iPads.  Please allow 30-40 minutes to pick up and set up your iPad.  

The distribution appointment times will be:

Friday, 8/14:  8:00, 8:30, 9:00 and 1:30, 2:00, 2:30

Monday, 8/17:  7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 1:30, 2:00, 2:30

Tuesday, 8/18:  7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 1:30, 2:00, 2:30

* by scheduled appointment ONLY. Please arrive 5-10 before scheduled time to check in at the office.  iPad set up will begin promptly at the scheduled time for each group.  

To make sure our distribution time is effective and efficient please complete these items before arrival:

  1. Read Student Expectations and Commitments and Parent Expectations and Commitments.
  2. Review Insurance Guidelines.  We strongly urge all students to carry insurance for their iPad. Insurance is added as a fee in your students RevTrak account.  You will have until Sept 4th to pay for the insurance.  You can pay via RevTrak or when you check in for your appointment.  
  3. Print, complete and bring with you the Parent and Student Agreement to your iPad distribution appointment.
  4. Ensure your child has a valid Apple ID and password.  Please bring the Apple ID and password to your appointment.  Students that are under 13 will receive an email from Apple with instructions on how to set up an account beginning August 1st.  If you do not receive this email and your child is under 13, please contact the school.  If your child is over 13, visit  My Apple ID to create a new Apple ID.   iPads will not be distributed to students without an Apple ID.
